Never Forget a Birthday Again

Have you ever forgotten someone's birthday? Especially after they did something super nice for you or got you a gift?

I am the worst at remembering Birthdays... It isn't that I don't care about people. It is just between changing diapers, cooking meals, taking care of a house and going to work, I'm lucky if I remember my name by the end of the day.

This wouldn't be a huge problem except the ladies at my work go all out for birthdays... I mean it is better than Christmas! This year alone I got necklaces, bracelets, a fashion scarf, a blouse, gift cards etc!

Birthday presents for a year wrapped and ready to go!

This year is going to be different. I went to a beautiful little gift shop boutique and bought gifts for the entire year. I wrapped them and am going to keep them under my desk at the office. This way remember or not I will have a special and thoughtful gift for each and every birthday.

Buying gifts and wrapping them in advance isn't a failure.

Simply spend a concentrated amount of time on gifts so the rest of your brain can be devoted to getting spaghetti out of hair or messy surprises out of the carpet.

How do you keep track of all your birthdays during the year? I'd love to hear your thoughts because I've only figured out my work birthdays... I still am working on everyone else.

  1. I just saw your comment on thesmallthingsblog about being on blogger. I wasn't sure if you would see my comment so I came here instead. I am also on blogger and love it. I don't think most people need to go to wordpress. I read a great article that solidifies staying on blogger. I thought you might appreciate it.

I don't want to leave the link cause it might be considered spam so just add the dots in.

  2. Suzy, I really appreciate it. The article was great, there were some interesting points I hadn't heard before. I really liked how they talked about having too many options... I feel like there are always 1000 different options for blogging and it make it difficult to know what to do.

    Thanks again!
